I'm Michelle, a Doula, Reflexologist, and Reiki Master Teacher.  I'm also a proud mum to three wonderful grown-up daughters, and soon to be a Nanny!

 

From my peaceful and welcoming healing room at home in Yateley, Hampshire, I offer a supportive space where clients can relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves, whether through Doula care, Reflexology, or Reiki.

 

I’m deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing and self-development. In our fast-paced world, we all need moments of calm and gentle guidance to help us reconnect with our true selves.  Since starting my holistic business in 2010, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible benefits of these therapies.

 

My journey has led me to study ten different types of Reflexology and Reiki, allowing me to tailor treatments that truly meet each client’s unique needs.

 

In 2015, I began my path as a Reiki Master Teacher, and since 2018, I’ve been running a monthly closed Reiki circle for students. It's a privilege to welcome over 18 students creating a nurturing space for ongoing learning and development.

 

My work has also led me to specialise in Fertility and Maternity Reflexology, and I feel incredibly honoured to support women through their pregnancy journeys as a Doula.
